2021 Spring Evaluations

Our registrations are coming in everyday and we are preparing for player evaluations that are the first week in February. What we need from all of you is to reach out to all your friends who have kids and let them know that time to register is running out.

Important Baseball Dates:
- February 2 - 4th
Player evaluations over a 3 day period for all divisions except T-ball & Intermediate 50/70
Majors & Player Pitch Minors - February 2nd
Coach/Machine Pitch Minors - February 3rd
Evaluation Make-up (anyone who misses their assigned day on the 2nd or 3rd) - February 4th
- February 5th
T-ball parent meeting is scheduled at JV Reed Concession Stand starting at 6pm sharp
T-ball coaches are needed so be ready to volunteer at the parent meeting
Number of teams being created is still unknown because of all the late registrations
T-ball teams are formed at the T-ball parent meeting
Parents will be picking your players team
We recommend you do not bring your kids but if you have no other alternatives they are welcome to attend
The meeting will take a little over 1 hour
Please note:
All players in machine pitch and higher divisions are required to be evaluated
A player only attends one of the days
T-ball & Intermediate 50/70 will not be evaluated
Emails specifically related to your divisions will be sent separately in a couple weeks.
- February 8th week
Teams begin practices except t-ball
- February 15th
T-ball practices begin
- February 26th
Opening night ceremony
- February 27th
First games

Softball Dates:
- Softball evaluations are being developed in cooperation with the District and there will be more information sent
- Please hold tight for softball
- Softball always starts play later then baseball
