Important Dates for Spring 2026
LAST DAY TO REGISTER - JANUARY 10th 2026!!!!!
Coach and Volunteer Fingerprint Sessions:
December 16th at 6pm at JV Reed Park
Jan 2nd at 6pm at JV Reed Park
Mandatory Coaches Meeting: January 10th (Times by division TBA)
All Player Evaluation Sessions:
PARENTS PLEASE BRING A COPY OF YOUR CHILDS MEDICAL RELEASE FORM TO THE FIRST EVALUATION SESSION!
Sessions run for two weeks (4 total sessions) from Jan 12th - Jan 23rd by age group/division
Coaches will be running practices as a whole division and running drill stations during these sessions to get to know the players and score them in advance of the player draft so attending all sessions is required to be eligible for team selection.
Coach Pitch / Machine Pitch - Tuesdays + Thursdays
Minors / Majors - Mondays + Wednesdays
Intermediate/Juniors - Parent/Coach Meeting Friday January 16th
Teeball - No evaluations for players, the parent/coach meeting will be held January 10th after the teeball coaches meeting (times TBA)
Team Formation / Player Drafts will be held January 25th (no player attendance is required) Parents and players will be notified immediately after the draft via email and within the Gamechanger app
Practices begin the week of January 27th
Practice days and times are TBD by the manager of the team your player is drafted to and will be included on your schedule within the Gamechanger app after the drafted rosters are released
